Good tip. We parked there today, 17 June 2025, with our Pössl as well. €2 for 4 hours. We searched for five minutes and found a space. At the shipyard wall, you have to park in reverse; there is an explicit warning sign. Five minutes on foot to the Intra Muros fortress.Translating

Excellent inexpensive parking (€2.60 for 6 hours) for motorhomes up to 7 meters long, five minutes from the city walls. Simply perfect for an extended stroll through the city.Translating
