The area is near the airport, with one or two flights daily, and can be windy. Free-roaming sheep may be present; keep pets on leash.

Rost thank you. Peaceful spot and place to relax, take a walk and soak up the friendly local atmosphere. Chalk and cheese to the locals in Vaeroy.
There are few places on Røst where you can stay. This is a place where you are not in anyone's way. Close to the airport and fire station. There is little traffic. The islanders are very friendly. Bins are available; keep it tidy!
Beautiful place near the airport, with one or two flights daily. However, the place is not recommended in strong winds. The hiking trails between the lakes, moors, and along the coast are wonderful. The islanders are very friendly. We will definitely return to this beautiful, peaceful island!
