A quiet overnight spot beside the Nivernais Canal and a small stream, with walking and cycling along the canal. A few people and farm vehicles pass during the day, but it becomes completely silent by nightfall. There are no services, so you must be self-sufficient, and the access roads are somewhat narrow but easy to use.

This is an ideal spot to park up for the night as it is very quiet and right by the Nivernais Canal for walking and cycling. There are a few farm vehicles going by plus a few cars but by nightfall it was completely silent. We liked it here and may stay an extra night. You are a long way from any facilities ie., water or shops etc., so make sure you have everything on board.
We spent a calm and peaceful night here. It is a stopping place for walks along the canal, but nobody was around from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m.Translating
