Shaded picnic parking, daytime only

We just came to collect water, but there was no valve left to turn the water on, so we used pliers. It worked, but we realized it also operated the fountain behind it, which was flowing nonstop, so we stopped to avoid wasting water (see photos) and went to get water elsewhere.

Actually it’s an entrance road to the sport facility, but there is enough place to park the van for picnic under pine trees. There is also tap with fresh water. Not suitable to stay overnight.

Quiet, cool and more or less level. I spent the day peacefully there (in the afternoon, some cars belonging to people going to the sports center arrived). It is close to the road, but there is a lot of traffic, so it is not very noisy. The coolness and shade of the pine trees are welcome in midsummer. There are picnic tables.
