This is a parking area at the entrance to a wedding hall, beside Kulturpark and 40 minutes from the clock tower. It appears to be free, although the old Otopark sign looks outdated and there was no attendant. There is substantial traffic behind the parking area, with a major road carrying nonstop traffic. It may work for parking, but is less suitable for sleeping.

Seems free, with an enormous amount of traffic right behind it. Main road with nonstop traffic. It may be fine for parking, but not for sleeping.
