A free parking place at the end of a quiet dead-end street, with nature around it and room for 3, max 4 mobile homes. There are no services, and recent stays have been calm at night. The access has a clearly visible no-cars sign, while the larger nearby parking area is exposed and has rubbish and broken glass.

Quiet place and free parking.
At the entrance there is a clearly visible sign prohibiting cars!
We parked at the end of the dead-end road, shown in the second photo. The huge car park visible in the first photo is far too exposed to view from the apartment buildings. The place is not very glamorous—there is rubbish and broken glass—but the evening and night were very quiet. It is useful for those who want to sleep near Palanga.
Spent a quiet night, although at first a few teenagers tested whether the place was free. It seems to be a hidden gem for peaceful hours.
Very spacious and quiet place.
