This is a quiet roadside area beside an abandoned earthquake-damaged village, suitable for a lunch break or a few relaxing hours. Excellent site. Quiet with the sound of birdsong
Good stop for lunch
Very big place, in the middle of a ghost town, with an interesting history. We stayed just for lunch, but thoroughly enjoyed it. Lots of cyclists passing by; it felt safe.Translating
Quiet... apart from the train passing by (10 times in one night). On the roadside. Very quiet! A few bicycles.Translating
We took a short break for lunch and rested in the afternoon. There is a little shade. Then we visited the abandoned village, which was very interesting. If you are nearby, it is worth making a short stop!Translating
Simple roadside lay-by, but the abandoned village is truly evocative and melancholic. If you visit Venzone, it is only a couple of minutes away.Translating
We stayed overnight. Apart from a few cars and 2–3 trains during the night, it was quiet. The parking lot is surrounded by a ghost town. Its history is fascinating.Translating
