This is a quiet roadside area beside an abandoned earthquake-damaged village, suitable for a lunch break or a few relaxing hours. A small path leads down to the Tagliamento river, and the historic ghost village is immediately nearby. Overnight stays have been reported, although trains passed about 10 times during one night.

Very big place, in the middle of a ghost town, with an interesting history. We stayed just for lunch, but thoroughly enjoyed it. Lots of cyclists passing by; it felt safe.Translating
