Unnamed Road, 32310, Valence-sur-Baïse
Been here?
Parking at the port beside the Baïse, with a view, picnic tables, bins, toilets and hot water in the sanitary facilities. The road nearby can be noisy, while the port is busier when the guinguette is open. Showers were reported closed. The parking is fairly flat, and shops are within walking distance.

The positives are the toilets, hot water in the sanitary facilities, picnic tables, and the view. The snack bar is open, so there is a lot of coming and going; people speak loudly, and someone even decided to play pétanque next to our van. The road is quite busy from 7 a.m. The network is okay.
More or less level and very clean parking area, with bins and picnic tables. The road is a little noisy but ultimately not very busy. The village is superb, and the “fairies’ path” is charming. All shops are within walking distance, ideal for pets and fishing. In summer there is a snack bar that must be very pleasant. Average TV reception, good 4G.
We stayed one night last week. Apart from being close to the road, the place is pleasant for one night, with toilets and hot water in the harbour master’s office (the showers were closed).
Despite the minor inconvenience caused by the road overlooking the parking area, this spot is worth recommending, if only because of the hot showers that the harbour master’s office provides free of charge—although perhaps only intermittently, since they were never mentioned in previous reviews. Today, 28 May 2023, they are open, working, and very hot... excellent.
Parking at the port of Valence-sur-Baïse. A little close to the road but bearable (Friday...?). Small snack bar called La Barge is nice. Minor drawback: no lighting at the port.
