3 Via dei Casoni, 30021, Caorle
Been here?
A free roadside parking spot overlooking the lagoon, close to the sea and Caorle. Parking is now limited to spaces along the road; parking beyond the white line can result in a fine, and the area suits small vehicles. It is about 10 minutes from the town centre by bicycle. There are no services, and traffic is quieter in the low season.

Parking suitable for small vehicles. Mosquitoes. Beyond the white line there is a fine.
Excellent roadside spot with a lagoon view. In March, traffic permitting, almost no traffic and only two other campers. Peace and quiet. Definitely recommended in the low season.
Place near the sea. We stayed two nights, close to the town center, 10 minutes by bicycle.
Ideal for stopping and spending the night. Plenty of free places even at the end of July. It's a few minutes to the city center by scooter.
Lovely spot facing the lagoon, but beware: you can no longer park on the dirt. The spaces along the road work very well. It is fine for one night, although construction is still underway, so the workers wake you early. The swans in the lagoon are a delight to see. Bins available but no services. There is access to the sea, but it is quite far for swimming because the water is shallow.
Strange place, as long as it continues to exist. Many permanent residents and regular visitors put their campers on the grass next to the road. Free, and the other comments apply. The strange thing is that cars park in front of you, blocking you from morning until evening with no way to leave. See my latest photos. The campers passively accept this because if you call the municipal police, they will close the place.
Excellent for spending one night. Seafront. No beach. Close to the start of the walk to visit the famous casoni of Caorle.
Arrived Saturday morning at 9:30 and everything was full. We got the last parking space in the whole area. Local motorhomes mostly park on the grass verge and had not moved during the two days. The proximity to the sea is great, but it is a very busy road and many people pass by. It is okay for one or two nights. An unbelievable number of mosquitoes!
Great overnight spot. Free, directly by the sea.
