EX35 6NU, Lynton
Been here?
A small quarry car park in Exmoor National Park with wide views, moorland walks, and mostly level areas. It is exposed and can be windy, though the bank offers some shelter; 4G is acceptable. Recent overnight stays have been peaceful, with little traffic after dark and occasional sheep and Exmoor ponies nearby.

Nice spot. Pretty exposed, but not so much as the other pull ins on this road, especially if you tuck up close to the bank. Spent a peaceful night despite the wind and rain.
Great little site, lovely views on a clear day and a great sunset. Easy to find. There was one other couple camping, quiet at night.
Magnificent location shared with sheep. Panoramic views into the distance. The ground is almost level everywhere. A little windy. We have a mini-camper with a pop-top, so as always, on windy or frosty nights we sleep downstairs. Acceptable 4G.
Beautiful place- no signs at all, a local recommended it to us as a location to park. Very quiet peaceful night. Great walks and views on the moors.
No signage prohibiting staying and although very windy and wet, the car park is a bit protected from the worst of the wind. Peaceful road with not much traffic after dark. Excellent spot in nature
