21-29 Rue Gaillard, 71370, Ouroux-sur-Saône
Been here?
Service area about 200 m from the shops in Ouroux-sur-Saône. Recent reports describe it as abandoned and badly deteriorated, recommending that visitors avoid it. Older comments mention free drinking water, grey-water drainage and cassette disposal, but the condition of these facilities is not reliable.

Avoid. This site should no longer be listed here given its dilapidated condition; it is abandoned.
What a desolate place; we drove on.
When we arrived, the site was completely empty and clean. Wastewater disposal works, and the water works. The site is simply great. I do not know what someone wrote about permanent campers; perhaps they were temporarily some so-called… how should I put it?! ;-) The village has everything needed for supplies, but the designated restaurant is unfortunately only a bar.
The fittings have been replaced with a public washbasin push button, 2 cm from the wall, with no pressure for ten seconds. Rinsing the cassette is impossible. A disgrace!
Large parking area, waste disposal works, but no water.
Water works, wastewater disposal works, excellent place on asphalt.
No water today!
Water shut off on 2 December.
Perfect for disposing of and refilling water. Threaded tap. Bins available. Not a pleasant place for a break or overnight stay: noisy, sloping surfaces, and somewhat neglected.
Not easy to find. It is at the end of the parking area, beside the local library. It looks old and used, but I am thankful for the water.
We stopped here to empty the toilet and grey water and fill up with drinking water, all free of charge after spending the night at the municipal area in Beaune, where the same services would have cost us €10. Clean area, working taps, and high-pressure water available when we visited. We thank the municipality of Ouroux.
An empty area with free water—perfect for refilling! Thank you!
I passed by on 8 June; it was impossible to empty waste or get water. The parking area was occupied by travelers who were washing their vehicles with a high-pressure washer during a drought!
Water available, grey- and black-water disposal, free! Thank you to the town hall.
