Riverside nature, narrow muddy access

Very beautiful, right by the water. However, the path is so overgrown that it is tight even with a T5. Internet reception is also too poor to work.

There is plenty of places around but we were not able to go near the river as the last bit of road was really muddy. You have the arrive from the east ! West road has really low branches. Internet not so so good.

Beautiful place to sleep. Quiet. Take the second road; the first leads to a farm. You have to search a little for this place, but those who seek will find.

Very quiet if you can cope with the sound of the water, and easily accessible even with a Volvo V70. It had not rained when I was there.

First-hand information (I live in Plovdiv): From autumn to spring it is very muddy. The road is steep and uneven. Every 4WD gets stuck. In summer, only high-clearance vehicles are suitable. Uneven sections up to 50 cm deep, and it is full of anglers every day. Better look farther west, around Pazardzhik along the Maritsa River. Much more beautiful, cleaner, and quieter. Great spot, very quiet and lovely by the riverside! Make sure to take the first road on the left if you come from the roundabout at the big Metro. Google maps send you via the second road on the left, but there are a lot of low hanging branches, our camper has a few extra scratches…

Heading from the east, part of the road is paved another decent dirt road, but it may get worse after heavy rain. High clearance recommended but locals going around with ordinary cars. Few places are down at the river, another up around the road. Several people around, but nobody during the night. Overall good place to stay, the only problem here is tons of mosquitos everywhere.

The road in was indeed bumpy, but for us the branches at this time of the year weren’t so bad. We followed google maps in until we could. Then walked ahead and found the parking spot at the river. Very nice and quiet place, we slept 2 nights there, nobody came during the night.

We couldn't get down to the point as the ground was soft but found a place a little higher. Clean area, quiet night. No problems :)

Great place by the water. Peaceful and close to the town. A little rubbish near the water, but a fisherman arrived at the end of the day and burned it all. So-so, but acceptable! Too bad there is not much phone reception, otherwise it would have been five stars. Go down the somewhat bumpy road and you will find several spots at the bottom.

Nice place, only con is that river is a bit dirty but I swimmed in it anyways. Well, 38 degrees is 38 degrees. Mosquitos present but what would you expect next to the water? Good repelent and you're okay :-) thanks for sharing this place.
