Forest Camping and Cabins Répáshuta

Lovely little campsite in the middle of the forest. Covered benches, barbecue facilities and washing-up facilities beside the pitches. The sanitary block is not the most modern, but it is clean and has hot water. We woke up to birdsong; the nearby stream is also wonderful.✦Translating

The prices are incorrect. We paid 9,500 HUF (€26) for the camper and two people. Showers and toilets are dated.✦Translating

Great site in a great location. Very nice operators; communication works with Google Translate. If nobody is there, a phone call is enough and they arrive within five minutes. No road noise, only the rustling of leaves. We stayed for two days, from 27 to 29 September 2025. The sanitary facilities are rustic but have wonderfully hot showers. Beautiful campsite, clean, with a nice shower and toilet, lovely warm water and grass for camping. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. There are beautiful walks to viewpoints nearby. Good food in the village within walking distance. Highly recommended!✦Translating

Private forest campsite, mown grass, barbecue area and an extremely kind owner, Janusz. Hot water and clean toilets. A bit like stepping back into the last century. We stayed one night; worth it for the money.✦Translating

Very nice, relatively quiet and natural site. We were lucky and were almost alone for a while. You can make campfires, and sometimes a fox visits and likes to steal shoes :-) You can find them again the next day, but you still should not leave anything outside at night that the fox could take. The two men running the site are very nice; the woman is not particularly so.✦Translating

Precisely because we did not find such nice places afterwards, we still want to leave a good review now! (Early September 2023.) The site is smaller but beautifully located and quiet.
