1 Chemin aux Raisins, 62600, Berck
Been here?
This large parking area is next to Berck’s seal beach and is suitable for vans, with toilets and bins nearby. Only 7 to 8 spaces are level enough for comfortable sleeping; the rest of the ground is uneven. The entrance is marked 1m90 but may allow vehicles around 2m10, while the exit is more restricted. Pricing has varied from free until 01/05 to 12 euro /24 h, with payment reported from May to September.

Great for taking a quick look at the seals.
Be aware that there are actually seven or eight ideal spaces. The rest of the parking area is not level, so it is not ideal for sleeping unless that does not bother you. Otherwise, it is indeed a very beautiful place.
Huge parking lot where we were alone. Lots of police patrols, but no disturbance. The upper entrance is limited to 1.90 m (my van is 2.03 m), while the exit is properly restricted. Toilets and bins are nearby, and if you're lucky you can see seals in the bay right next to it.
Good for spending a quiet night. The next day, from 8 a.m., cars start arriving. The barrier is said to be 1.90 m, but it is probably closer to 2.10 m. P.S. The seals are right next to it at low tide.
Large parking lot with many motorhomes. A stone's throw from the seals resting on the sandbanks. We had a very windy night.
One night in this parking lot at the end of April, free until May 1, quiet after 7 p.m., with several police and gendarmerie patrols. There are seals, a walk along the beach to Berk, sunset, and a chip stand (closed for us on a Monday)... THANK YOU to the municipality.
Toilets available near the marina office, a stone's throw from the seal bay. Free when I visited, but paid from May to September.
Superb place right next to the motorhome parking area.
Convenient parking for the beach where you can see the seals. Parking costs €12 per 24 hours, and the police come by in the morning to collect the fee.
Location: Great, access to the sea—excellent! You can watch the seals. However, the site is very large and you are parked bumper to bumper. It was free for me.
Pleasant parking area; we spent the night there, very quiet. The only drawback is that the ground is covered in water. The toilet was unusable and dirty, but for a quiet night it is more than adequate.
We stayed here for the night to the see the seals. We had a lovely walk into town aswell along the coast. There was no charge for us but we got a good sleep here.
If you're looking for peace and quiet... this isn't the place. I left after ten minutes.
Very nice, quiet parking area. The sea view is magnificent, and the seals' performance as the tide comes in is captivating. Parking fees are collected by municipal parking officers.
We spent two nights there; nice place, great for seeing the seals with the children.
Very well-located area by the sea, ideal for going to see the seals. Very popular area. €11 per night, with water but no electricity.
