Been here?
On Noirmoutier Island with year-round access. The motorhome park offers 8-amp electricity, water disposal, Wi-Fi, and 24/7 card payment. Pitches lack significant shade; choose lower areas to reduce road noise from the busy departmental road. Water pressure is low. Overnight rates are around €12–13, making it affordable for exploring the island.

Area near the departmental road leading to Noirmoutier-en-l'Île. Choose the lower part of the area if you want to reduce the noise from the very busy road during the day. Also be patient if you need to fill up with water: pressure reducers are installed, and it takes more than 15 minutes to fill 100 liters. Good for two or three days, but no longer.Translating
Simple and effective for our first night in a van.Translating
Space with little shade, clean. Next to the campsite, with evening entertainment including music and singing.Translating
Comfortable but poorly shaded space. Impossible to find spaces on Noirmoutier without risking a fine.Translating
A very good motorhome area. Quiet. We paid less than €12 for the night.Translating
Very quiet motorhome area, especially if you settle in the lower spaces, which are also better suited to large vehicles or trailers. Excellent for exploring the island.Translating
Nice site with one paved section and another grassy one, but the grassy section is poorly signposted and you might think you're heading into the campsite. Very attractive price, around €13. Water flow is extremely weak for filling up. Small supermarket and restaurants nearby. Numerous cycle paths nearby for exploring; Noirmoutier-en-l'Île is only 7 km away.Translating
We really like this site; it has everything you need. Don't miss the small restaurant Le Kiosque: excellent quality, atmosphere, and very reasonable prices. We'll come back mainly for this little restaurant. Best wishes from Andy, his wife, Grandma, Uncle, and their teams.Translating
Very convenient for exploring the island by bike. I don't dare imagine it in summer with the crowds. Fortunately, there aren't too many trees, otherwise it would really be hot. A little close to the road, but that didn't bother us, especially outside the summer season. Very good for stopping and spending one or two nights.Translating
Although the site was busy, it was peaceful all day and night. Good location for the beach (short walk) and a shop just down the road. We had a nice grass pitch with hedges. Water/waste all fine and bins nearby. Great price for the area. Easy to pay using machine. Would stay again.
Not enough shade, but it still offers plenty of spaces and the services are free. It is quiet and not very far from a beach. I toured the island and passed many, many motorhomes, both arriving and leaving. It must be difficult to find somewhere to stop during the high season.Translating
Very good value for money, everything you need for €11.50, with a choice of paved or grassy pitches separated by hedges. There is room for an awning and to eat outside. At the very bottom, you are near the children's play areas and sports fields of the neighboring campsite; it can be noisy all day sometimes, but the quiet returns at 8 p.m.Translating
Very quiet site near the oyster farmers and close to the beach. Price for three people: €13.50 with electricity. Restaurant and small supermarket nearby.Translating
Very pleasant site. At the entrance, there is a paved area and, lower down, a more natural grassy area. Very affordable, around €11 per night including electricity. Well done to the municipality of La Guérinière. Perfect location for discovering the island by bike from north to south. Cycle paths are nearby.Translating
Very well located site near the cycle paths and the beach. Very quiet.Translating
We stopped here for the weekend. Clean site, not too crowded. For €10, access to electricity, water, and dumping facilities. Very quiet and super clean. Recycling containers are right at the exit. You can join the cycle paths straight from the exit, taking you into the center.Translating
Quiet and inexpensive site, allowing you to explore the southern part of the island by bike.Translating
€10.12 including tax per day, very reasonable. The site is right next to the cycle paths, ideal for rides and discovering the island. Thank you to the town hall.Translating
Great quiet place, €9 per day. Thank you to the town hall.Translating
As of today, the site costs €9 plus €1.12 tax, making €10.12 per day, with 6 amps rather than the 8 stated. That said, it is a very good site, especially at this time of year.Translating
Large site with greenery. Very quiet this February (the campsite next door is closed). For vans or those who prefer less-paved spaces, don't hesitate to go to the lower area. Very reasonable price. No toilets on site, but there are many nearby on the island.Translating
Perfect for an overnight stop, very quiet, all services available. Lovely walks nearby along the coast.
Very pleasant and inexpensive place for one night. Thank you to the municipality. We would come again.
Not many people. Far enough from the ocean so protected from the wind. 9€ with good wifi and power. Thank you to the local council.
Well-designed site and everything works.
We're here tonight, passing through after several years. Great, we have everything we want from a site like this at this price. Many thanks to this municipality, which has understood everything. When we're here, we support the local community and forget the excessive number of prohibitions that have sprung up elsewhere on the island, even in the off-season.
Convenient and quiet outside the season.
I spent New Year's Eve here. Very quiet and clean; water, electricity, and dumping facilities all work.
Very nice motorhome site. Quiet. Grassy pitches in the lower area are accessible even in winter. The site is near the village, with lovely walks and several bakeries nearby. Oyster sales, a small supermarket, and pharmacy. Freshwater, wastewater, and toilet services included in the price.
We stayed around December 14 at this really pleasant, clean, and very quiet site. The services work perfectly; cycle paths start at the exit, and the beach is 500 m away. At this time of year, the few shops are 1.5 km away in the village center. This site is run by the municipality. The price of around €10 per day, including electricity, shows that modest pricing is possible. Thank you to them!
Very well-designed site. There is a large lower area, so there is no road noise. €9 per night with all services, including electricity.
The site is well located, just two steps from the main road but 2 km from shops (bakery, small supermarket, etc.). There are no toilets here, but gray and black water can easily be dumped. The price is very reasonable, especially in the low season. Downside: it is noisy, including at night, because it is near the road. It would also be useful to know online and on site how many spaces are available.
Very beautiful motorhome site, quiet. We highly recommend it.
Really very good, quiet, and secure. All services are available. I recommend it.
The site is really pleasant and very quiet. All services are available, cycle paths start at the exit, and there is also access to the beach. The SPAR in the village has everything we need. Thank you to the municipality of La Guérinière for welcoming motorhomes at a very reasonable price.
Excellent site, very quiet and clean. €9 including electricity, water, and dumping facilities.
Pleasant place with grassy pitches. Wi-Fi works well, and water and electricity are included at a fair price. Quiet night despite music that was far too loud from the campsite from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., even though it was closed. It was difficult to read, watch TV, or rest with their incessant boom-boom. What must it be like in peak season? Without this nuisance, it would have been very good.
Good parking for visiting the island, very good pitches, reasonable price. We have come several times.
So-so experience, with a lot of noise from traffic on the road day and night. A shame.
Beautiful site, and choosing a lower grassy pitch gives you more space and less noise.
Very happy to find this place again. Congratulations to the elected officials and thank you.
We can only congratulate the municipality on this clean, accessible site with good value for money. We have been here for two days and, despite the mixed weather, we can explore the island and discover its charms. Small supermarket with bread, snacks, and more; rubbish and recycling bins at the entrance. Perfect for us. Thank you to the municipality.
Municipal site with all services included, €12 at this time of year; paved pitches in the upper section and grass below. Little traffic on the road at night, cycle path in front, small supermarket and oyster farmers nearby, as well as the beach. Very practical, with payment at the machine at the entrance and no arrival time restrictions.
Quiet and pleasant site, close to shops and the cycle path, with paved or grassy pitches in the rear section. However, filling the fresh-water tank takes a very long time because the pressure is low.
Not great; we are packed in very tightly. There is no privacy, especially when a motorhome pulls right up against our door even though there is still space.
