12 Via Regina Teodolinda, 22100, Como
Been here?
A roadside parking area close to Como’s historic centre, useful for visiting the city and generally perceived as safe. It costs 1€/Std., with a maximum of 5€/Tag, and the spaces are narrow, so longer motorhomes may need more than one place. Traffic can be busy and noisy, especially during the day.

Exactly as described. A very good option for sleeping in Como, with a sense of security and no noise. A few cars pass, but the street is fairly quiet. Five euros for the whole day.
The spaces are very narrow; even with a 5.40 m panel van you cannot fit within the lines and need more than one parking space. €1 per hour, maximum €5 per day. The old town is within walking distance. In my opinion, it is only a daytime parking area.
We used the paid parking area in this zone to visit Como. Easy access and plenty of parking available. Parking meters nearby. Not recommended for overnight stays; there are more charming locations around the lake.
Roadside parking for €5. We spent the night there and visited the city the next day. Cars pass quite fast and there is construction above, so it is not very quiet, but for the price and location it remains very good. Be careful: there is a ZTL, so certain roads must be avoided, but this parking area can be reached without difficulty.
We stayed one night and a full day. Good place for visiting the historic centre, which is 100 m away. We paid €5 per day. It is a little noisy because of passing cars when dawn begins.
The free area was full, but for €5 you can stay all day (it is paid from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.). Many cars pass, but otherwise it is quiet and safe. You can stroll to the lake, about 20 minutes away at an easy pace.
I spent three days there with a 7 m motorhome. Free and no issues. Very close to the centre with everything you need. The only issue is fast traffic zooming by day and night; the motorhome even sways when they pass.
Parking easily accessible for a large motorhome. Unfortunately, no free spaces were available in the evening because many people come here for free. We parked just before it, in the paid parking area, which is paid until 7 p.m. via the EasyPark app.
Currently under construction. Parking is not possible.
Seems like a “dirty” area. We parked here for free to go in the city. Everything was fine.
