Sea-near parking, no grey-water disposal

It is in a strategic location, 100 meters from the sea and the center of Sabaudia. Both can be reached on foot or by bicycle. The parking area is well maintained and very clean; the managers are friendly, helpful, and always present on site. There are no shared bathrooms, only a meeting area, and only some pitches are shaded. Overall, I recommend it to self-sufficient travelers.

We were warmly welcomed by the owner. Andrea is very helpful and immediately helped us with wastewater disposal and filling the water tank. He also gave us good restaurant recommendations. The town and beach are within walking distance. The site is quiet, we slept well, and immediately extended our stay by one night. We will certainly return when we are in the area.

Very pleasant little area, with reasonably sized, well-defined pitches and enough room for an awning, table, and chairs. Quiet and very secure. Barbecuing is possible, and there is a dishwashing and laundry sink.

Spartan motorhome area with pitches that are not very spacious and exposed to the sun. Charming and quiet, but overrun with flies. One paid solar shower, no toilet. Very close to the sea and Sabaudia, with a cycle path.

Organized equipped area, but no price sign displayed at the entrance. We were charged €27 per day without electrical hookup. The manager, Andrea, is certainly supportive, but in some ways a little intrusive.

Black-water disposal is inconvenient and must be done in the presence of staff. About 500 meters from the sea, partly reachable by bicycle. The town has no particular attractions. We stayed one night: €25 without electricity, plus €2 for electricity. In my opinion, a little expensive.

We stayed here on the first weekend of April and had a wonderful time. The owners were kind and flexible with the hours. Level area on grass. The sea is not far away and can be reached by cycle path for part of the way. Excellent starting point for the town cycle path and the Circeo National Park. The center is nearby and reachable on foot, as is a children's playground. Recommended.

What a joy to find such kind people. Flexible, open from April to September, they welcomed us onto their own property for €15. A true haven of peace. The shower is outdoors between four boards, but never mind.
