A simple lumber mill parking area across the river, suitable for an overnight stop and accessible to large vehicles. It is free after 5 pm and on weekends. The river is nearby, while traffic noise is noticeable after 05:00 despite peaceful nights. A restaurant is a few minutes’ walk across the bridge, and Vlkolínec is about 10 minutes away by car.

Excellent stopover particularly for a visit to Vlkolinec village. Next to river and despite proximity to the road we found it very peaceful. We enjoyed a traditional Slovak meal at restaurant a few minutes walk across bridge, service excellent and prices very reasonable.
Quiet night from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. After that, lots of traffic.
Simple parking area for spending one night and exploring Vlkolínec.
A nice place to spend the night, in a quiet location. Sleeping, waking up and having breakfast to the sound of the river was very satisfying.
Practical and level. But you can clearly hear the passing cars.

There was quite a lot of traffic noise from the main road early in the morning. We did indeed have a delicious meal at the restaurant on the other side of the river.
