This is a flat, tarmacked public parking area near residential houses and a commercial zone. It is at the end of a dead-end road, so there is no passing traffic, and it is generally quiet. Parking is limited to 3.5T, and there are few level spaces. Noise from children at the adjacent playground can occur.
