This is one of four car parks serving Orbaneja del Castillo, close to the waterfall and village. Overnight stays are reported as peaceful, with no services and limited level space. There are no low branches in this car park, but take care on the downhill ramp, which has a step at the end. The village has caves and impressive scenery.

Lovely peaceful night here, no overhanging trees like the other car parks further north. Third picture is representative of the car park.
A perfect spot for a van. Absolute peace and quiet. We parked in the area behind the bushes, isolated from the road. We did not hear a single car pass during the night. Just a stone's throw from the waterfall.Translating
Parking 1 of the four in the village. No services. Parking only. Not exclusive to motorhomes. If it is not too busy, you can find space to position the motorhome level. We saw no signs saying overnight stays were prohibited. We arrived in the afternoon to eat and visit the beautiful village. We did not stay overnight, but we almost did because the place is lovely.Translating
What an amazing place to stay the night lovely views and Spanish eagles circling overhead in the late afternoon.
The car park is quite good because of its location, as it is close to the village of Orbaneja, but the spaces are not level. The night was quiet, but be careful on public holidays: leaving this car park with a camper after noon is crazy because so many people park on the roadside that it is very difficult to get out, as it is a narrow road.Translating
I spent one night here. This is the car park with the largest flat area for overnight stays. No services. Close to the village. Be careful with the downhill ramp; there is a step at the end. It is better to go down along the side where the sign is. Very beautiful village.Translating
Perfect for seeing the beautiful village of Orbaneja. Be careful at the end of the ramp. We did not stay overnight, but several motorhomes did, although there is little level space.Translating
Of the three car parks, this one offers the most level spaces and has no low-hanging tree branches. It is very close to the village. PLEASE DO NOT LITTER. The place is already very dirty. Thank you.Translating
A suitable area for visiting the village. We did not stay overnight, but there were motorhomes that did. Be careful at the entrance because the concrete downhill ramp has a step at the end on the left side.Translating
We slept well in car park 1. It is important to exit next to the information sign because there is a step. Our initial idea was to stay in P3, but it was very dirty, full of urine-soaked tissues... Then people blame us even though we have toilets, when in reality we should all be more civilized. The village is only a five-minute walk away, near the waterfalls. There are no bins.Translating
Good place to stop and get to know the village. Nothing more. We did not sleep there, but there were some motorhomes that had spent the night. The village is pretty, but seems sparsely inhabited; we could not even get a coffee.Translating
Adequate car park for spending the night. We slept in the one next door, which is smaller, with three other motorhomes. Lots of insects, which is what you get sleeping beside the river, but that is how it is. Very quiet.Translating
Uneven parking area, with beautiful views and surroundings. We spent a quiet night and it was not crowded. A water fountain would be welcome.Translating
We stayed at P1. When driving down, make sure you keep to the right. The step is smallest there; otherwise there is a 15 cm drop. About 10 motorhomes can easily fit here, reasonably level. It is less than a 10-minute walk to the waterfall. No facilities. There are bins 100 metres toward the village. We stayed here alone for one night.Translating
Ideal for an overnight stay. In a few places, you can use leveling blocks to stand straight. Apart from the waterfall, it is very quiet at night. Rarely a car.Translating
Ideal for visiting the village. Be careful entering because the slope ends in a step; keep close to the right to avoid it. We did not stay overnight, but it looks possible, as it is fairly level.Translating
The perfect car park for visiting the village and spending the night. I hesitated for a long time to come because it meant taking a major detour on the way to Portugal, but I absolutely do not regret it! Use this P1 car park, the helipad, especially in winter; it is the brightest, and the other one may cause problems because of the trees. The exit is very steep, but fortunately it is concrete.Translating
We spent two quiet nights in car park 1, which is 500 metres from the village. The view is superb, and visiting this village amazed us. Thanks for these free car parks.Translating
