Roadside parking, mosquito problems

A shaded car park beside the road towards Bergen, with tables and benches. Portable toilets are available, and a public barbecue is 100m away. It is suitable for walking, although road noise can be heard at night and mosquitoes may be severe in the woods. The site may be busy on Sundays and is only partly suitable for large motorhomes.

Shaded car park with tables an benches so we didn’t need to to unpack ours. We were the only ones staying for the night. The road is close so can be heard at night. We wanted to do the 1hr walk in the evening but had to turn round as the mosquitoes were terrible the further we got into the woods.
50 metres farther on, yes; here, definitely not! It is located beside the road. The picnic tables are 50 m farther on and the barbecue area another 50 m beyond that.
