Been here?
This is a small campsite beside a river, offering pitches for tents and caravans as well as cabins. The road is clearly audible, though some visitors report a quiet night. Facilities are basic, with two showers, two toilets and a shared washbasin; hot showers are not available. In July and August, the campsite accepts all campers, while other months require vehicles to have their own toilet.

Simple campsite by a stream. Fine for one night while passing through. Basic service building.
Spots along the motorway, with a stream in between, which you can hear clearly. No hot showers, and on the toilet your head is practically in the bin. Unfortunately, a disappointment for us.
Nice campsite. Run somewhat chaotically—the owner wasn't quite sure which pitches were actually still available—but it wasn't a major problem. Basic sanitary facilities.
Definitely the best (official) camping choice in Gudvangen - prettier and not RIGHT at the road like the others, although the road is well audible. River is beautiful. Like everywhere in Norway: very small pitches and too few toilets/showers/sinks. Paid 340 nok for camper/2adults/1child/no electricity. Grey/black water dump at gas station in Gudvangen.
Small but very nice campsite right by the river and opposite the road. Two showers for a fee. Friendly operators.
Small campsite near a river, directly accessible from the road. Nevertheless, we had a quiet night. There are only two showers, two toilets and a shared sink, which can become crowded in the morning or evening. All sanitary facilities were clean! A covered kitchen is available for use.
Lovely campsite! Small but very nice.
A real gem. Nature campsite by a mountain stream with waterfalls and spectacular mountains all around. Campfires are possible. Camping kitchen with hot water, oven and stove. In July/August, open to all campers; in the remaining months, only vehicles with their own toilet. We loved it. 204 kroner from 3 p.m. to 9 a.m. via the EasyPark app. We would return anytime.
No electricity, no bins, sanitary facilities closed—nothing but water.
Fine campsite. Along a busy road, which could also be heard at night. Sanitary facilities were fine but very outdated and therefore not very fresh-looking. You cannot empty gray water or clean the chemical toilet. Limited electricity available, but free water.
Very nice, small and well-maintained campsite right by the river. Clean sanitary facilities and an open kitchen. Very friendly welcome. Fire pits also available. We had a lovely night there.
