3 Chemin des Trams, 33750, Camarsac
Been here?
Quiet, green picnic area beside a pond with a walking path, picnic tables and flat ground. There are no motorhome services, and the lower grassy area is now prohibited for motorhomes. Access can become very difficult in wet weather, with vehicles getting stuck in the grass. The upper plateau has been used for a quiet overnight stop.

I think the spot is nice and quiet. But we are here in December, and as soon as we turned onto the grass we got stuck. We are going to call a recovery truck. Moral: not when it is wet!
Perfect for a quiet overnight stop.
The meadow shown at the bottom of the photo is now closed to motorhomes by a prohibition sign. The camp for travelling people mentioned in another comment is not here, but on the main road to Bordeaux, about 2 km west. We stayed on a small plateau above the meadow, right beside the little asphalt road, which is hardly used. Pure nature and absolute peace.
A travellers’ camp has been set up.
Quiet place to spend the night.
Very steep access with ruts. It may not be accessible in rainy weather. A lovely little pond that can be walked around and a very large grassy area. A few fishermen. It is very quiet and well maintained. However, there is not much shade and virtually no mobile phone signal. And lots of mosquitoes.
Perfect spot for one night!
Looks like a pretty spot but should be avoided after heavy rain. Today the grassy ground was completely wet, and we nearly got stuck just turning around.
Very pleasant place for a very quiet night. Easy to find. Bin available. Perfect.
