8 Rue de Normandie, 92140, Clamart
Been here?
Free parking beside a cemetery, with many spaces suitable for motorhomes up to 7 m when reversing in. A bus stop is directly opposite, and bus and train connections reach central Paris in 1 hour. The avenue is very noisy, while evenings can bring young people, ball games and conversations; driving-school activity occurs during the day. Trash bins are available, and the area feels safe.

We parked our motorhome here for two nights and stayed in a hotel in Paris. There is a bus stop directly beside the parking area, and you can reach the centre by bus or train in one hour. Definitely a good area; we were not afraid to leave our motorhome there.
Everything was as described, one of the few free parking areas where it is possible to sleep. In the evening there are some young people chatting, but no major disturbance; a driving school holds exams here during the day, so it is not deserted. We found a sign prohibiting parking for vehicles over 3.5 tonnes, but there were many vehicles of that weight. One hour by public transport to the centre.
Easy-to-access location with spaces for motorhomes up to 7 m, provided you reverse in, leaving you facing a very busy and therefore very noisy avenue. In addition, the parking area attracts many night owls who meet to play ball and chat for much of the night, making sleep very difficult.
bus stop right in front, when we got there there were multiple vans parked up to 7 metre long ones with plenty of spaces left. Driving lessons are held here, young people hanging around waiting for their instructor. we chose this spot for its easy parking and space for our 6.2m long van and it was perfect.
Many learner drivers on weekdays; otherwise great. In the evening, one or two teenagers occasionally arrive by car, but they soon disappear.
