Shaded riverside parking, church bells

Parking occupied by long-term squatters—trailers, cars, and people fully set up for long stays—so we left for the Marais Poitevin. The municipality should reconsider how this place is managed.

Thanks to the municipality. Easy-to-access, easy-to-use service point. Clean. Reasonable, justified price. The abbey is worth the trip. Great visit.

It’s brilliant as everyone says but no mention of the church bells on the hour and half past all throughout the night . Maybe it was a one off or problem?? Not knocked the stars down because of this but be prepared.

Thank you to the municipality for this aire. Bakery and small supermarket nearby. A crêperie with a very friendly owner. A large park and beautiful walks. We spent two quiet nights.

Great, it has water services, although they are paid. There is a children's park and basic services such as a bakery and pharmacies in the square right next door. Very quiet and safe. It is appreciated that they provide spaces like this.

Thank you very much to the town. It is a shame, as usual, that some motorhomes occupy spaces long-term. The solution used by some mayors is 48 hours free, then €45 per day, and it works. I recommend this place; the local businesses are very welcoming.

Remarkable site. Stabilized ground. Two electrical hookup points. Grey and black water disposal separate from the motorhome parking area, so there are no unpleasant smells. Charming village, very welcoming local businesses. We would be happy to return.

Finally, an aire where you pay for what you use at a reasonable price. Well done to the municipality, unlike Camping-Car Park, which only seeks to make money from services that are not always up to standard. Eight spaces with a view of a beautiful park and the possibility of seeing the miller's house. Shops are 50 meters away. Everything is appealing. Well done again.

Idyllic spot in a beautiful and safe environment! The park is beautiful! Unfortunately, we could not fill up with water because an adapter is required.

Magnificent aire, services at reasonable prices, lively village with shops. The abbey visit is extraordinary. Very pleasant atmosphere, with a warm welcome from the other motorhome travelers, some of whom stay for several weeks or even months.

November 11: Indian summer, all eight spaces are occupied! Water and electricity are charged, but parking is free.

And do not hesitate to visit the nearby farm lockers: vending machines selling local producers' products, open 24/7. Excellent!

Magnificent, peaceful place with all services. It is probably best to visit out of season, but it is different from more conventional parking-style areas... water and electricity working and at a reasonable price. Don't hesitate!

arrived 6pm Mon 20th October and got the last of the 8 spaces. Still looks like 2 long termrs monopolysing spaces. one of few free sites with services close to peage in area so part reason for popularity I think. Suggest trying to get here by say 4pm if poss. There was 90% spare spaces in main carpark adjacent and beside spotless public toilets. ( floor very slippy from rain water!), can't

What a beautiful place! A very quiet night in a lovely village. You must get croissants or pain au chocolat from the bakery as they were the best we've ever had. Shop sells fresh food and veg. Didn't use the services. Public toilets. Would use again for sure!

As of 03/09/2025, the payment terminal for emptying and filling is out of order. Otherwise, perfect for parking.

One of the best areas we have ever stayed at. Quiet, with a children's playground. Splendid little town. 20/20.

Very pretty and clean town. Woken by the rooster at 6:30, and from 7:00 cars passed next to us in the park, presumably going to work. From 10:15 p.m. onward, not a sound. Thank you to the municipality.
