A large rest area with covered picnic areas, free modern toilets and a café. It is currently used by many trucks. The chemical-toilet dump is blocked, reportedly clogged, and cannot be used despite the motorway signs.

Rest area, lots of trucks.
The disposal point exists just before the exit on the right, but it is blocked by a barrier. Passing by, I saw that it is clogged.
