This is a small parking area on a quiet road and the starting point for a 5.5 km hike along a river and waterfalls to a lake. Canoes are available for general use. Access follows a bumpy, one-lane road with little passing space and is not recommended for large motorhomes. In winter, 35 cm of snow made the hike difficult.

Great spot despite the snow (35 cm). Little or no traffic. Hiking is difficult because the trails are covered in snow.
Nice, small, and quiet. Access is via a small, bumpy road—one lane, with barely any possibility of passing oncoming cars. Not recommended for large motorhomes.
A beautiful and peaceful place. It is genuinely difficult to reach—about 15 km along a single-lane mountain road from the nearest major road. We stayed there for one completely secluded night and also enjoyed the excellent hike.
Beautiful hike, very wet and rocky ground. Small parking area, frequented by local hikers.
