This overnight parking spot near the motorway, 20 km before Granada from the coast, is currently closed due to works. The site was previously at 1,350 m elevation, mostly calm and suitable for onward travel, with room for vehicles up to 7.50m to turn. It was somewhat uneven and carried slight background motorway noise.

Close to the motorway. Not very level.
The site is clean and secluded. You can hear a little of the motorway in the background.
Currently tree falling this whole area do not go as dangerous and these spots no longer exisit
Wonderful place. Completely surrounded by pine trees. Free and cool, which is welcome after all the heat that builds up in the cities. Highly recommended!! Obviously without services, and please leave it clean... otherwise they will ban parking and that would be a real shame! Beautiful.
