A beautiful site with lots of potential. The operators are super friendly, and we were given a nice unreserved pitch even at short notice. The new shower containers are okay. The toilets and washrooms have a real East German retro charm. The bistro on site is recommended. The restaurant at the entrance to the site is not. There is a small kiosk with bread delivery service. The water is exceptionally clean.✦Translating

We were here two weeks ago and know the site from the past, when we often stayed here. The lake is beautifully situated, and you can do quite a lot by bike and kayak. The restaurant facilities are okay, and the site itself is fine too, but the sanitary facilities in both buildings really can no longer be offered to anyone. Only demolition and rebuilding would help; there is nothing left to renovate.✦Translating

We were here from September 26 to 28. The site and its natural surroundings have a lot of potential. There are beautiful beach areas with a swimming lake. Unfortunately, one of the two sanitary facilities is a structural disaster. Many areas of the site could look much better maintained with more commitment. There are many hiking trails around the lake, but unfortunately most of the shoreline is closed by the LMBV.✦Translating

We wanted to arrive today at noon for one night. The barrier is closed from 1 to 3 p.m. There was a sign saying, “Taking a break until 2 p.m.” No one answered either telephone number. We had no mobile signal either. What a shame—we had been looking forward to it. The site apparently doesn't like spontaneous guests. We stayed near the lake, directly on the sandy beach, for less money.✦Translating

A lovely small campsite with a small kiosk, a restaurant serving delicious food and friendly service, and a beautiful lake, including a dog beach. The friendly site manager helped us choose a pitch. The sanitary facilities are basic but clean. One person and one dog in a Caddy: €20. We would be happy to return.✦Translating
