This farm stay offers camper spaces among vineyards with views towards the Gran Sasso, a swimming pool, and a welcoming family atmosphere. The price is 25€ including electricity, and recent comments report water and wastewater services, although there are no true marked pitches. Facilities include two washbasins and one bathroom with a hot shower. It is well suited to a one-night stop, wine tasting, and enjoying the pool and panorama.

We arrived without calling, but received a very friendly welcome. Melon and wine on arrival. Nice swimming pool and a few camper pitches. The rest consists of apartments, but with the pool and shower it is an excellent place for one night.
Very kind owners; the elderly owner was very warm, and we were invited to take part in a village birthday party. There is electricity, and facilities for filling and emptying. Ideal for tasting wine and staying one night.
Pitches with fantastic views over the vineyards all the way to Gran Sasso. The operators are very kind and welcoming. €25 including electricity. Two sinks and one shower with toilet, perfectly adequate. There is also a lovely swimming pool. No disposal facilities. Bringing out a table and chairs is no problem; extending the awning is more difficult, so there may be little shade. It is advisable to call in advance.
It deserves a 5: the pool, the view, and Mr. Amerigo, 95 years old and full of energy and passion for wine. Fine for a swim with the girls and one night, but I would not recommend it for longer stays: there is no disposal service and only one bathroom, although it has a hot shower. There are no real pitches; some spaces are sloped, and we could not get down there. Opening the awning and so on would be difficult.
A wonderful place! The hosts are fantastic, and I have to disagree with some others: communication in English works very well with the son, daughter-in-law, and elderly lady on the farm—better than I usually experience elsewhere :) They are incredibly proud of this place and therefore very hospitable. You can also book a great Thai massage from the daughter-in-law.
It is a beautiful place, a vineyard and campsite, with a pool in summer and very friendly little goats! The view of Gran Sasso was incredible. The two elderly owners were lovely and welcoming, and even showed us their wine cellar. A wonderfully unusual place, recommended!
Unfortunately, I have to contradict all the other reviews. Here is what happened: one month earlier, we made a reservation confirmed by the property for an overnight stop between Bari (the ferry from Albania) and Milan, and chose this place. After disembarking in Bari, I called to say we were on our way. When we arrived, the campsite was full! The only possibility was to park in front of everyone else. What a shame!
A place with heart and wine! The welcome is like visiting good friends—only better, because here you get wine personally from the host, who is over 90. A genuine experience you will not forget! Yes, there is only one bathroom—but who needs more when there is so much charm and house wine? Six out of five stars! ✨ An unbeatable view, pool, and animals. Our children were happy too.
We somehow felt out of place. The parking area was lovely, and the family's senior woman and man were very friendly. Unfortunately, they spoke no English. Other people in charge were present but did not come to welcome us or answer questions. We asked for a bottle of wine, but felt we were disturbing the hosts. After asking a second time, we were given a bottle of warm white wine without a word.
We spent two peaceful nights with a view over the vineyards. A pool with quality loungers, a shaded dining area, washing machine, and very clean shower and toilet. Warm, family-style welcome. Excellent!
Spectacular place, quiet area with everything a camper needs. We are here with a three-year-old girl, and she had fun too—nothing is missing!
Magnificent site with a swimming pool and the best view. We did not manage to do the tasting in the evening because of the children, but we had a funny conversation with the old gentleman. The children loved swimming, and the sunset was wonderful for us. Highly recommended.
A great stopover at a winery with a fantastic view, excellent wines, and very friendly hosts.
Pierre is a very nice and friendly host and speaks English well enough. There is only one toilet and shower, but that was not a problem. €25 including pool, shower, toilet, and electricity. Good wine—we bought some. Amerigo, Pierre's father, is a very kind host in Italian. We would be happy to come back.
Lovely place at the top of a hill with a nice view. The pitches are not marked out, so sometimes you are a little close to one another. Regarding the facilities, there is only one shower/toilet area. The wine tasting is pleasant, although opinions about its quality are personal. The old man's insistence on buying wine eventually becomes uncomfortable.
Superb motorhome site with a wonderful view. Very friendly welcome, even late in the evening, and excellent wines at a fair price.
Everything has been said in the previous comments. Very helpful and kind people, and an extraordinary character who is about to celebrate his 94th birthday. Happy birthday and enjoy! Haute-Savoie, Patrick and Odile.
Magnificent view, invitation to a wine tasting, very friendly service and atmosphere. You should buy food other than wine beforehand. When we left, the sprightly and energetic 93-year-old gentleman gave us a freshly picked lemon. Grazie mille!
Organic winery with very warm-hearted owners. Shower and toilet available, as well as washing-up facilities. Stunning view. Good wine. We felt so comfortable and welcome that we extended our stay by one night. Honestly, we were fully occupied and managing with the toilet and shower worked very well. We were simply glad to have both available! We would be very happy to return!
Lovely little winery with a magnificent view. €20 per night, including a shower with hot water and a toilet. Both are in one room, which is a bit inadequate when many campers are there. Everyone is very kind and happy to help. Recommended.
A truly wonderful place! We stayed for one night; I announced our arrival by email beforehand and received a very nice reply. We had a fantastic spontaneous wine tasting. We were allowed to park wherever we wanted. Electricity was no problem. The children loved the dog and cat. The view over the vineyards was grandiose. The night was very quiet. We will definitely return!
Wonderful spot! Nice, uncomplicated people. Quite busy for the off-season, but we still got a place.
It was wonderful. We spent three nights at this beautiful place. The owners were extremely friendly. The toilet with shower was fine, with enough warm or hot water. It cost us €20 per night. The view is priceless.
We stayed there for four nights and felt very comfortable. The owners are simply incredibly sweet and attentive. We will definitely come back.
Quiet motorhome site. Unfortunately, only one shower and one toilet, which is a bit inadequate. Communication was very difficult because the elderly man speaks only Italian. He invited us to a free wine tasting. At checkout, he was very pushy and insisted on selling us his wine, whose taste had not convinced us. The situation was unpleasant and very uncomfortable. We only wanted to stay overnight.
You feel very welcome and have a beautiful view over the vineyards. Since the lovely old gentleman speaks only Italian, communication was somewhat difficult.
Magnificent setting; the hosts are exceptionally kind and hospitable. An aperitif on arrival, breakfast with them in the morning, and an absolutely delicious wine tasting. Highly recommended.
Very quiet place, five camper spaces, NOT level, very kind owner. Pool available at any time. Convenient filling and emptying facilities; black-water disposal into the toilet. Recommended.
