A huge urban parking area near Valencia, with a Mercadona opposite and a bike lane to the centre. Valencia Town Hall Square is 5 minutes away by bike. Recent visits report deep holes, tricky entry and exit for vehicles over 7m, and occasional serious disturbance and theft.

Very badly frequented place; we had to leave because young people were having fun throwing gas bottles on the ground next to the motorhomes.
Stayed here for 2 nights, surprisingly quiet, no issues. I was with the end next to the school, there are always people passing by or walking their dog. Drive slowly all the time as the ground can have deep holes and the entry/exit can be tricky with longer camper (talking about >7m) as the place was not designed to be a car parking.
Quiet and fairly peaceful place despite the road. Unfortunately, someone emptied our tank and stole the cap, beware!!
Locals keep their vans here. Huge space. I felt safe. Good walk to the Turia through streets with Palms
