Been here?
This paid motorhome area is located on a gravel surface at an airfield and offers attractive views with plenty of space. Showers and toilets are clean but quite far from the parking area, and there is nowhere to wash dishes. The recent reported price was 20€ for two people, including tourist tax and electricity. The area is generally quiet, although events or a nearby techno club can cause serious nighttime noise.

We were alone and it was very quiet. Absolutely recommended.
Lots of space. Showers and toilets were clean. Quite a walk from the parking area. Quiet. Good for one night. 20€ for two people including tourist tax and electricity. Just no where to wash dishes.
The location and view are fantastic. But that is all. Unfortunately, the pitch seems to be used as a hikers' parking area. It was also bad that the entire site was used as parking for an event. We paid €40 for two nights and felt like we were in a supermarket parking lot. Unfortunately, never again. What a shame.
Clean, good facilities, and interesting activity at the airfield. Unfortunately, within audible distance there is a techno club that advertised “body treatment until 8 a.m.” on our evening, and the bass could still be clearly felt inside the motorhome. Better check before staying whether the so-called “Feinkost Club” nearby has an event.
Very friendly contact. Everything needed is available. The snack bar at the air base was open until 10 p.m.
The €8 here really is per person, plus €2 tourist tax, not per camper, so it is not particularly cheap for what is offered. On the other hand, there is a beautiful view of the airfield and the Brocken at sunset.
One night turned into three. Very friendly welcome. We stayed beside the cabins with a breathtaking view of the Brocken and Gegenstein. Hiking trail right nearby. In the middle of a wonderful, huge wildflower meadow. For the children, the airplanes, hares, hot-air balloons, and so on were an amazing experience. You get more here than you might expect for the price. Thank you very much, and highly recommended.
We spent a very interesting day here. Initially the electricity did not work. The friendly staff helped us and therefore assigned us a place within the landing area. The sanitary facilities are dated but clean. Nice walking route to the Gegensteine at the Devil's Wall.
Very nice operators, lots of beautiful and interesting nature all around, electricity available, showers and toilets always clean. It is certainly a little farther from the Harz highlights, so a scooter would be useful. A very quiet corner for relaxing in nature; we felt comfortable here for four nights.
Nice place. Everything you need is available. Leveling blocks are strongly recommended. The restaurant at the airfield is generally open until 10 p.m. Nice and very friendly welcome. The tourist tax includes, among other things, free public transport; bus stops are 50 meters away. Bus to Quedlinburg every hour on the hour. Journey time 30 minutes.
Thank you, Blankenstedt! A great, somewhat sloping pitch; leveling blocks are useful. Directly below the Devil's Wall (Gegenstein / Stone Ship). Wonderful for hiking or cycling. I stayed for two nights. €8 per night plus €2 tourist tax. For the €10, you sometimes even get entertainment. When I was there, a powered-paragliding club was also present. It was fascinating to watch.
Great site, everything you need, and only €8 including electricity, showers, toilets, cassette disposal, and a 30-minute cycle ride to Quedlinburg. The cycle path is partly gravel.
