Day parking only (30 minutes after sunset to 30 minutes before sunrise); vans only. Overlooks Millau with beautiful sunset views from the Causse Noir. Rangers strictly enforce no overnight stays due to fire risk and single access road. Peaceful for daytime visits and paraglider watching.

Beautiful sunset over Millau.
PARKING OVERNIGHT IS PROHIBITED. This is a dead end; in case of fire (we are in July 2025), it would be disastrous. This morning, there were vans on unpaved areas and even tents. This is a sensitive site, and all we will achieve by defying these bans is the closure of our spots. There are dozens of tolerated places all around, so let’s be reasonable.
Parking is only allowed during the day: from 30 minutes after sunset until 30 minutes before sunrise. Good place but with restrictions. Rangers come up to warn you that overnight stays are prohibited.
In autumn, it is calm and there are no problems! Sunrise over Millau is magnificent.
