45 Watermill Lane, TN39 5EB, Bexhill-on-Sea
Been here?
A quiet farm campsite near Lidl and 2 km from Bexhill village, with spacious pitches, farm animals and clean, basic facilities. Recent stays mention free showers, a washing area with laundry machines, an ice freezer and takeaway, taxi and bus information. The beach is 6km away by bicycle, while the approach has a 2m width sign but a 2.34m camper managed it. The site can hear road traffic, and electricity costs extra.

A lovely place for one or more nights! All the necessary facilities were available and in good condition! The owner is very kind and helpful.
clean tidy relaxing washing station with machines for clothes freezer full of ice free showers bank holiday Monday few residential here too birds singing farm animals too lovely donkeys on field on arrival take away phone numbers taxi numbers and bus times ( although. miles too walk) £29 per pitch £2 each dog pn
Pleasant and quiet campsite with animals, 6 km by bike from the beach. However, the owners are not very friendly and the price is quite high: £37 for one night in a motorhome with 2 adults and 2 children (without Wi-Fi).
Spacious campsite, clean and functional sanitary facilities. The campsite would deserve 5 stars if the welcome had been warmer. We paid £26 for 3 adults in cars.
Great place if you like peace and quiet, a small two-hour drive from Dover, ideal for and from the ferry.
The campsite was very wet, so we had to stay in the car park. The owner was busy with other things. The car park was full, so we parked on a path. £17. Toilet building clean but old.
Farm campsite; we were in a van at the back in the large lower meadow, very quiet (but below the busy play area). Washing machine broken, dryer okay, water disposal, no grocery shop, three shower areas (family, disabled, individual showers). Animals: guinea pigs, rabbits, goats, poultry, donkey. Website prices up to date: £24 for 3 adults without electricity.
Farm campsite included. Large open spaces for camping. Washrooms adequate. Perfect for walking dogs. Best: inexpensive. Worst: no Wi-Fi.
Everything clean and quiet. Gladly again.
Beautiful campsite. £16 per night without electricity. Basic but clean sanitary facilities.
Nice site, sanitary facilities fine, in nature, friendly welcome. The access is signposted with a 2 m side clearance restriction. We got through easily with our 2.34 m-wide camper. Only when someone comes the other way does it get tight, but it is manageable. One star deducted because you can hear the road—okay, but I am also rather sensitive to noise.
A beautiful site in the middle of nature! Very quiet and the sanitary facilities are clean. The four of us paid £24 for one night with our van. Electricity costs extra. We will definitely come back!
Beautiful pitches. Very clean sanitary facilities. Paid only £16 for one night for a camper and two people, without electricity.
Cracking site on working farm, friendly owners, super clean bogs&showers, mostly flat pitches on grass,it's was £24 a night & £28 in high season, we had a hard standing pitch as the weather wasn't good, TV signal good, short drive or 3 miles walk to sea front, defo come back
