Been here?
A quiet, terraced campsite beside a fjord, offering flat, well-spaced pitches and beautiful views of the water and mountains. Sanitary facilities are older but clean, with a spacious kitchen, electricity, washing machine and dryer. Recent prices were 400 NOK per night, 75 NOK for washing, 75 NOK for drying and 10 NOK for showers. The site is away from roads and very peaceful, with friendly owners and supply and disposal facilities.

Great campsite with everything needed, and magnificent pitches beside a fjord. The pitches are level and not packed closely together.Translating
Friendly owners, pitches with a beautiful view, very clean sanitary facilities, and all services available. Very quiet day and night. Far from being the most expensive on the Lofoten Islands.Translating
Terraced campsite with many different pitching options. We were right by the water next to the playground. The pitch was level without needing chocks. The communal area is functional. Nothing modern, but that would not suit this charming little place. Unfortunately, because of the weather we stayed only one night, but it would definitely be suitable for longer.Translating
Beautifully situated, peaceful campsite. The owner is very friendly. The sanitary building is old-fashioned but clean. There is also a spacious kitchen. Wonderful views all around. We would definitely return here.Translating
A very beautiful, quiet campsite. Anyone looking for peace and quiet is in exactly the right place here. Many pitches were free when we arrived. The sanitary facilities are clean. We paid 530 NOK for a pitch with electricity, a washing machine, a dryer, and two showers. I recommend this site.Translating
The description of the location is accurate. However, the prices are higher than stated: washing costs 75 NOK, the dryer 75 NOK, showers 10 NOK, and the overnight stay 400 NOK. Everything is clean, and the washing worked well.Translating
We arrived around 4:30 p.m. I paid 420 plus 10 for the shower, 430 in total, and received no services that evening. There was no access to the sanitary facilities or dishwashing area; all doors were locked. No one was there to explain what was happening. To be seen tomorrow? Avoid this campsite.Translating
Stopover for one night. Beautiful pitches but rather expensive. Showers cost extra and operate with a token, but there is only a trickle of water that quickly becomes freezing cold. It is not enough for a shower with shampoo. Washing and drying laundry is possible for 120 NOK.Translating
Super beautiful campsite with a great view. Very spacious. The sanitary facilities are old but clean. Washing machine and dryer available. Very friendly owners.Translating
NOK440 for a caravan pitch with electricity and 2 (4-5min) showers. The showers work with NOK10 coins, available at reception. The hostess was friendly, the place was old but well kept and clean. The view is stunning and the pitch is away from the road, so it is quiet. To avoid the mentionned anger of the host, use the parking before area if visiting the small church or deciding to stay or not.
Away from the roads, the pitches are scattered among the greenery. The setting is magnificent; we spent a calm and peaceful night.Translating
We had a good stay at the campsite! Enough showers (10NOK), toilets and a kitchen area you may use. Perfect when its rainy ;). We paid 380 NOK without electricity. Please check the signs before you enter, just before the camping you will see a spot where you can park your car for 15 minutes, just to see the church. The campsite is when you drive by this sign.
We parked at check-in. Since nobody was at reception, we looked around the site. Then the owner came. When we said we wanted to think briefly about whether to stay, he became unfriendly and said we had to leave his property immediately, even though we were not obstructing anyone. That is how he lost us as guests. It is a shame if you are treated kindly only once you are a guest. Cost: 100 NOK.Translating
Campsite in a very beautiful location by the fjord. Sanitary building old but clean. Very friendly reception.Translating
Very beautiful campsite and location. The facilities are dated but clean, tidy, and complete with all services. Quiet surroundings and a price within the Norwegian standard.Translating
Nice View. Very narrow road. We just arrived and the owner came very aggressive and ask us to pay for parking because it is private we payed 200 kr for 1 hr.There are nicer views and with nicer people. If you are planees to stay only a few minutes be prepared
A very beautiful place. Prices are comparable with the others on the Lofoten Islands. Old sanitary facilities, but very clean and well maintained. We had a wonderful stay. The young people at reception were very friendly and accommodating.Translating
We looked at the site, but the beautiful pitches were occupied. The operator then demanded 200 NOK just for parking. He was very aggressive in his choice of words.Translating
Fantastic campsite with many nice pitches spread around. In some places you feel as if you are wild camping, so just follow the signs and say hello when you arrive at reception; this is simply a pleasant place.Translating
Dream location! Charming welcome. Peaceful. Everything is clean.Translating
Very beautiful campsite with friendly operators. Very quiet and with a wonderful view. We stayed here twice. Yes, you pay extra for the shower, but at 10 kroner it is not excessive. The sanitary facilities are clean and sufficient. There are indeed slightly too few sinks, but there are two combination rooms with a shower, toilet, and sink. We would return anytime, including for several days!Translating
Beautifully located, peaceful site with clean sanitary facilities.Translating
Clean and peaceful campsite. We never had to queue for the shower, toilet, or dishwashing. Wonderful scenery. The buildings were somewhat old but still clean and functional. The staff first let us look for a suitable tent spot, after which we paid.Translating
Peaceful and tidy campsite in a beautiful location. Several good tent pitches were available. Price 380 NOK, shower 10 NOK per person, and the water supply was sufficient.
The welcome was very friendly. A clearly readable sign states that people should not simply park, for example to take a few photos of the very beautiful surroundings. Pitch above the fjord with a wonderful view. The kitchen and sanitary facilities are very tidy, well maintained, and clean, although not state-of-the-art. Very spacious kitchen with a lounge area!
I cannot say that I was treated rudely. I was able to choose my pitch, which was by the fjord with a view of the mountains. And yes, the sanitary facilities are not the newest, but they are clean. I cannot understand some tourists complaining, especially those arriving in huge motorhomes with everything they need. Lower your expectations!
We received a very friendly welcome. We had a pitch overlooking the fjord and waterfall. Everything was great. The sanitary facilities are old but clean. Two washing machines and two dryers. Excellent. Because of the rainy weather, we used both. We cannot understand the bad reviews. Probably, what goes around comes around!
We had a beautiful pitch by the water. The bad reviews are incomprehensible. The kitchen, toilets, and showers are dated but clean! There is a church on the site with a wonderful panorama. To visit it as a non-campsite guest, you can park for free for 15 minutes before the campsite. The owner does not like non-guests driving onto the campsite and blocking paying guests.
When we asked about camping, the owner did not even answer us and immediately rudely told us to leave. He blocked our car, held onto our mirror, and we could barely turn around and drive away. We absolutely do not recommend this place.
It was a fine place to spend the night; we stayed there on 06/07/2025. The shower had to be paid for separately, which was a downside, and unfortunately we were somewhere by the forest rather than enjoying the beautiful view of the water.
Friendly welcome, many beautifully situated pitches, unfortunately only one sink, 420 NOK including electricity. Regarding the negative comments: it is clearly signposted at the entrance that parking at the campsite to visit the church is subject to a fee. For this purpose, there is a free photo parking area 50 meters before the campsite entrance, for 15 minutes.
Absolutely friendly welcome and a great location. I cannot understand the last three comments.
Even if you do not check in, they will still demand 150 NOK because you drove onto the property, and they will not let you out, blocking the road, until you pay.
