Peaceful rural parking, litter

After finding myself in front of a closed gate at the Garrovillas motorhome area :( I headed to this small rest area. It is only a few meters from the road but slightly lower down, and I had an excellent night's sleep. In the morning around 8 a.m., you naturally hear the few cars passing, but I still appreciated this backup option!

Beautiful, quiet place in the middle of nature, with sheep in the adjacent meadow!

A wonderfully peaceful spot in nature - just the crickets and sheep to listen too and the cork oaks to admire!

Fairly quiet parking at night despite the nearby road. There is a rubbish bin, but various kinds of waste are scattered on the ground, which is a shame. Before leaving, collect the rubbish and put it in the site's bin.

It is okay, with relatively little traffic and fairly quiet. There are also nicer and quieter places, though. Definitely fine for one night.

Good place to park just off a main road - but quiet with not much traffic on the road and no other vehicles in the car park. In fact the main sounds were the rattling cow bells in the evening and the bleating of sheep to wish us good morning.
