Been here?
This small forest parking area lies on a slope that flattens at the bottom and accommodates two vans. It is busy during the day but became quiet around 7pm apart from dog walkers. A 4.5km woodland walk starts nearby, though horse and dog waste has been reported. Overnight stays and fires are prohibited.

Good little spot, busy during the day, but apart from a few people walking their dogs it became quiet at 7 p.m. It says cameras are installed to catch fly-tippers, but I could not see any cameras. Nice little walk to the trig point. I have a stealth camper, so I go unnoticed; a motorhome or van with windows would stand out, but I have been around nearby places, such as Loggerheads, and never seen any wardens. Online it says no overnight stays, but there is no actual sign at the location.Translating
Coed Nercwys hikers' parking area. Many visitors and dog walkers. Horses are even brought here for half-hour rides, so there is a lot of horse and dog manure on and at the start of the pretty, varied 4.5-kilometer circular walk.Translating
