Mountain plateau, noisy daytime crowds

Wonderful place with mountain views. We stayed overnight about 100 meters beyond the stalls. Beautiful sunset and regional delicacies. The portable toilets were locked.✦Translating

Great place almost on the top of TRANSALPINA. Quiet in the night, gets busy in the morning. We parked just behind the first restaurant, so a bit smelly with the smoke from the smoked cheese. They also run generators but turned off for the night. Amazing views all around.

We drove a few meters farther up to the right; it was too bumpy for us. There are a few stalls, but we were almost alone there. Amazing view.✦Translating

An incredibly beautiful view, with plenty of places to spend the night in a motorhome. But beware ⚠️ Where it is most beautiful—on the plateau—you are exposed to the weather. At 3 a.m. we had a storm so severe that we thought it would rip the roof windows out, and our 3.5-ton Ducato was shaking. Everything turned out fine, though, and at 7 a.m. I switched on the auxiliary heater because it was only 10–15°C inside the vehicle.✦Translating

Wow! Amazing view :-) an incredibly beautiful spot high up on the Transalpina. Sheep and cows pass by. You can take wonderful hikes from here.✦Translating

Magnificent view, enormous space. Stay a little farther from the traders’ huts because the electrical generators run all night. Grandiose!!!✦Translating
