A fairly flat car park for day hikers, offering a fantastic view across the lake to the mountains. Nights are very quiet, with barely any traffic. Hiking and cycling opportunities are nearby, and a path leads down to the clear, cold lake for swimming.

Wonderful place, with a fantastic view and opportunities for walks, both by bicycle and on foot. Hardly any traffic in the evening or at night. A path leads down to the water, which is crystal clear and refreshing!

Great place for an overnight stay. An amazingly beautiful view of the mountains and lake! It is very cold here, even in summer. There are some flat areas for a tent if needed. The parking area is reasonably large for a regular car park, and several cars or campers can fit. A little farther on there is a kind of campsite with showers and toilets.
Absolutely magical view and a beautiful drive to get there.
