Unnamed Road, 630 88, Sithonia
Been here?
A daytime parking and resting place at an observation point, with shade, tables, benches, and a water source. It is useful for filling water, having lunch, washing laundry, and cleaning the vehicle. Locals and hikers are friendly, but overnight stays are forbidden and police activity has been reported.

Great place. We stayed there at lunchtime and for part of the afternoon to fill up with water, have lunch, wash our laundry and clean the inside of the truck. Doing all that in the shade was very practical. We met some very friendly locals and hikers.Translating
At first I was also skeptical about the yellow color of the water, but locals were filling their containers there too. Good daytime parking area for a hike to Petros Rock.Translating
It is really charming up there, but apparently the police are very active here, so we did not stay. The water had a slight yellow tinge, perhaps from algae or rust. It is probably still drinkable.Translating
