Been here?
A roadside parking area with magnificent mountain views and a quiet night, making it a useful base for hikes including Bobotov Kuk and Prutas. A ranger collects €5 for the park and €3 for camping. There are no facilities, and nights can be cold, while daytime activity is higher around the trailhead.

Stayed here for a night with a couple of others after doing a hike and planned to do Bobotov Kuk the next. Had no issues, “ranger” came at 7:30ish for us to pay. €5 for park €3 for camping.
Simple pitch with a unique view. Starting point for many mountain tours. Simply wow.
Beautiful views, incredible nature all around us. We encountered a herd of sheep and cows and woke up to a foggy morning, but very quiet. The night was also quiet, no cars passed by. It gets pretty cold here at night, so bring a good sleeping bag :)
Ideal place to spend the night: €3/night and €5/person for the national park. Ideally located at the start of the hike to Bobotov Kuk (not a long hike but quite technical, with 900 m of elevation gain/loss). Magnificent panorama over Durmitor. The ranger did not wake us at 7 a.m. as mentioned in other reviews. No network coverage. Beautiful road to drive, although very narrow—it is passable!
We spent one night here with another motorhome. Great view of the mountains and a quiet night. In the morning we set off early for our hike to Bobotov Kuk. What more could you want :-)
Very good place to start a hike towards Prutaš. We also slept here overnight. At 7:10 a.m., the ranger knocked on our van for the €3 overnight fee. In addition, you have to pay €5 per person to enter the park (not necessary if you have the annual pass, like us). No network signal on almost the entire P14 road. -5°C at night in May.
Spent one night here in bad weather. Internet almost nonexistent with ONE. Warning: the pass was still impassable today. Had to turn around.
Good place for two nights. At the end of September nobody collected payment. No signal. The road is quiet in the evening and morning; during the day there is understandably activity. Beautiful sunrise and a nice stray dog included.
I spent one great night here in late September. ranger didn't come by in the morning so it was entirely free. great starting point for hikes. super quiet after 8pm
Stayed here for two nights to do Prutas and lake walk. Traffic passing until midnight and then walkers arriving from 0530 so its full by 0730. No facilities but great views.
Great spot for 1–2 nights with the best panoramic view. Animals such as cows or dogs also greet you in the morning. Good starting point for hikes, including Bobotov Kuk. However, others know this too, and the first hikers arrive to park there from 7 a.m. The ranger comes by and collects €5 admission per adult.
Stunning view of the mountains. Spent a peaceful night here and paid the ranger €5pp in the morning. The fee was very worth it as we also climbed Bobotov Kuk and visited the black lake where the ticket was checked and valid.
Parking area on the side of the road which is also a viewpoint with amazing views of the mountains. We spent a quiet night together with other van and in the morning some cars come by to visit the viewpoint and do the hiking to Prutas mountain. The guard came at 8:30 to collect payments.
Lots of cars park here because there is a photo spot with a wooden frame. But it is not too bad; we arrived in the evening and the place was already quiet. There was no ranger anymore. The night was comfortable; the ranger arrived in the morning around 8. We paid €3 and there was no problem. Beautiful views and panoramas.
