Roadside parking by the lake near Caramany, with a relatively flat, comfortable gravel area and lovely views. Overnight stays have been unproblematic, and 24-hour stays have been reported. Picnic tables, benches, barbecues and nearby bins are available, but there is no waste disposal. Access is difficult for large motorhomes; vehicles over 5 m should approach from the bridge, and trees may brush the roof and sides.

Low season, after drinks in Caramany, where the locals had no objection to our wish to sleep there (we did not see any sign prohibiting overnight stays). Very pleasant and easily accessible location on the road to Tautavel. Fairly flat and comfortable ground.Translating

A perfect spot, very quiet and little frequented in October. Superb view and plenty of space to set up our chairs. The ground is relatively flat and we spent 24 hours there. There are rubbish bins near the picnic tables.Translating
Fantastic view of the reservoir, no waste disposal but lots of peace and quiet. Lovely barbecue area with tables and benches on a meadow. The car park is flat and gravelled. Anglers arrived at 7:00 a.m.; otherwise it was very, very quiet. Thanks to the municipality for the lovely car park.Translating
