Day parking, fined overnight

Avoid! The locals called the police on us and we got fined 120 euros. Can't recommend this place.

Meh! It is a sandy car park where around ten vehicles crowd together to comply with the regulations at all the other car parks. Constant air-conditioner noise and someone emptying bottles into the container at 6 a.m. But that is the price to pay if we do not want to be permanently banned from this magnificent region.

Well located. Close to a beach and the fishing port. A little noisy and somewhat dirty toward the back, but it is okay.

Yes, quiet and sandy. It was raining, so it was not ideal, and it was very dirty. We slept in a dump, unfortunately.

Fairly level unpaved parking area. Very convenient for reaching the port from which excursions depart. There are simple places opposite for breakfast and lunch.

Basic car park, essentially dirt and rubble. There are rubbish containers. We liked the location because it is near cafés and restaurants, including Green Waves Café. A small beach is accessible within a five-minute walk, although it is very windy. There are also ruins beyond a roundabout, with a superb view. I have just noticed that it apparently may be prohibited, but I did not see any signs.

We were here on July 13, 2025. The place is nothing special, but it serves its purpose and is fairly central.

Perfect for visiting Sagres, easy to park, an empty lot but perfectly acceptable, with nearby places to eat.

It looked uglier in the photo; it is simply a dirt lot, but quite good for seeing the town. Many restaurants nearby. We slept very well among quite a few campers and caravans. The neighbors are respectful. The nearby Gigi restaurant is recommended, especially the octopus cataplana—simply spectacular and inexpensive.

Honestly, it remains very practical—spots are difficult to find in this area. It is quiet, we felt safe, and overall it was very good!

Large parking area, easy to reach, lots of space. There were already other motorhomes, but everything was peaceful. Free.

Ideal parking for visiting the town and hiking to Cape St. Vincent. Very beautiful view.

Car park in the town center. No motorhomes were parked there that day. We preferred the paved fortress car park, where there are many parking spaces.
