Waterfront forest, difficult approach

Free informal spot beside the water and forest, used for canoe and kayak launching. Recent comments describe a sandy, difficult approach and considerable rubbish around the site, with no waste bins. It can provide a quiet overnight stop, but local people, anglers and other campers also use the area. The lakeside view is limited, and the shore is partly muddy.

It is okay for a winter evening. It gets dark quickly, so you cannot see the piles of rubbish scattered around. For one night during a journey, it seems fine.
The sandy access road is quite difficult, and above all there was a lot of rubbish on arrival, literally piled up as if someone had dumped it on the ground. The view is not particularly impressive either. There is a short walk to take. We only stopped to eat.
A beautiful free lakeside motorhome area. We had a quiet, relaxing night here. Unfortunately, there are no bins, and some rubbish is lying around. Obviously, you should take your rubbish with you. The road there is sandy but firm, and we reached the pitch easily with our ordinary van.
Nice place, but you have to accept sharing it with others. There are many anglers and other campers.
