A superb place to spend a night under the protection of an immense dam.
Beautiful, quiet place; peaceful night. Average internet.
Very beautiful spot at the foot of the dam, with access for swimming in the river (beware of the current). We parked a little before the indicated spot in a gravel parking area along the road, which has very little traffic as it only leads to the dam. We had a wonderful evening, alone in the world, with the sound of birds and the river. Clean.
Beautiful, peaceful place. We spent a magical afternoon and night here.
Stayed here to be somewhere safer while a fairly severe thunderstorm passed through. That was also the only advantage of this place: there is a lot of litter, and it seems to be a popular place for...
Very busy during the day (perhaps only in summer), not necessarily a place where you feel comfortable. We ultimately decided not to spend the night here because we did not feel reassured.
