Calm monument parking, weekend music

Everything was fine until 10 p.m... avoid Saturday nights! Two groups of youths played music at full volume until we left. We went down toward the lake and sports fields—it was much quieter.✦Translating

High up in the village, easy access by road, large flat parking area at the entrance to Makedonium. Bins. Cool, quiet night with no noise.✦Translating

We spent 2 nights here without any problems. Large, flat, paved parking area. A few cars coming and going, but generally quiet. Good 5G reception. The monument is worth seeing. We left anyway.✦Translating

We only parked here to see the Ilinden Monument. It is absolutely worth seeing. I can imagine that this would also be a good place to spend a night, perhaps not during the high season.✦Translating

A large parking area, ideal for visiting one of the most extraordinary memorial monuments of former Yugoslavia. The place seems to be a meeting spot for local youths with cars and loud music, but since it was very cold, it didn’t last too long. In the end, we spent a peaceful night there, surrounded by free-roaming horses.✦Translating

Huge car park close to monument & museum plus excellent restaurant. Lots of visitors but still a fairly peaceful night. Only a few minutes walk down into town. Toilets are manned during day. There is a manhole cover OUTSIDE front of toilet building so use this at night if you need to empty toilet. We got charged 200MKD by the attendant during the day.

Large parking lot. Ok to stay overnight. We were there on a Saturday night and it was a bit noisy until 3am with locals playing music but otherwise fine

Very quiet large parking area, but it is located at 1,300 m altitude and reached through a maze of narrow, winding streets. A little complicated but manageable with large vehicles. Trucks and coaches go there.✦Translating
