Free parking, limited large spaces

This is a free parking area for day and night, close to the town and within walking distance of the centre. It has no services, and free bicycles are available, but space for large motorhomes is limited and the area can fill with cars. The nearby train line may disturb some visitors, although recent nights were calm.

Lots of space at this time of year. The town is really not very far on foot. The night was quiet. No services.
Perfect for parking while visiting the town. Walking to the center lets you see lots of things. We were lucky to find a space among the cars.
Small parking lot and impossible to park with a motorhome because of the many cars, but it is possible on the street during the day.
Given the few comments, to reassure members, and although I only used it during the day, I can say that this parking area is very convenient. At the end of the parking lot there are stairs with ramps for rolling bicycles by hand to access the canal bank. Apparently there are no security problems. The same applies to the other parking areas in the town, which seems peaceful in this respect…
Open parking area with little space for large motorhomes (7 m). But on Saturday morning there was space and it was easy to park. 10 minutes on foot from the center.
