1 Place de la Mairie, 62170, Beussent
Been here?
A pretty, flat and shaded village square beside the Course river and a watermill, with benches and a picnic table. It is suitable for a meal or a quiet overnight stay in complete autonomy, with no facilities. A bar-restaurant opposite serves simple meals and pizza, and the village is pleasant for walks.

Great place to stop for a nap after an early ferry. Got 4 hours sleep in the morning. It wasn't as pretty as the pictures, but it is only April. Very quiet. No facilities.
Ref: 20231023/62 Very nice place to stop and stroll through the streets of this charming little village. I even recommend it for spending the night.Translating
Spacious, quiet parking area in the heart of the village. Located opposite the only shop, a bar-restaurant offering small brasserie dishes and pizza (home cooking). We spent two very peaceful nights there and took a short walk around the area. The Beussent chocolate factory is excellent.Translating
Perfect spot for an overnight. Lots of space, very quiet and the bar / restaurant were really friendly and the locals welcoming. No facilities but a lovely place for an overnight stop.
We spent a peaceful night. No services.Translating
Very nice little spot! We stayed there for two nights. As it is a small place in the middle of the village, we felt that was enough not to disturb the residents. One minor drawback is that there is only a small bin near the picnic table, and it was overflowing, so disposing of rubbish was not easy.Translating
Quiet for the night. The best place to park the motorhome is in front of the mill. The restaurant right next door serves simple but good and inexpensive food. Steak with shallots and homemade fries costs €17.Translating
Ideal for a picnic stop... excellent welcome at the bar-restaurant on the square for a coffee after the meal.Translating
Beautiful spot, despite the bad weather. It is not an official camper site, so I do not know whether the residents would be happy with it in summer. We were the only ones there.Translating
Fabulous place to spend night on route back to Calais. Lovely setting in square next to mairie and old mill. Great bar/restaurant. we had a few drinks, didn't eat but locals frequent the place. Bar closed on Wednesdays.
