A spacious place along a very quiet gravel road in an old quarry, convenient for a day at the start of the Atlantic Road. Access is via a good gravel road, with only local traffic to a fishing village and nearby homes. It is calm, but nearby houses mean it is not considered suitable for overnight stays. There are no services, and loose items should be secured in changing weather.

A nice place in itself, but far too close to other houses. In our opinion, it is not a suitable overnight parking spot; there needs to be a little more distance…
Quiet and peaceful location in an old quarry. Only local traffic to the fishing village and a few houses; otherwise quiet. A southerly wind picked up toward evening, making it a little more exciting. Make sure not to leave anything loose outside overnight in case the weather changes!
Excellent at this time of year (May): very peaceful, with nobody around except birds. Access via a gravel road in good condition. Be aware that there are a few homes nearby. No services; thank you for taking everything you brought with you when you leave.
