Lit parking, unpleasant atmosphere

This is a large, free parking lot that is illuminated at night and usually quiet. It has no services apart from a rubbish bin, and the lot fills in the morning. A recent visit reported an unpleasant atmosphere, including people apparently dismantling a car nearby.

We passed by the place, but the general atmosphere was not great. Three suspicious-looking guys were dismantling a car—perhaps unfairly, but we did not like the neighbourhood. So we left.
Highly recommended for one night in a car! Rubbish bin, no other services. Extremely quiet and completely empty at night. It fills up in the morning. Sufficient but unobtrusive lighting. Very safe because it is near a football field, veterinary centre and universities. The atmosphere of a residential car park without fear of attracting attention. Thanks for the tip.
